For patients who prefer to pay per visit or need a one-time consultation. Superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
Structured care plans designed to achieve measurable progress over a defined time frame. Each program includes scheduled visits, messaging between sessions, coordination of labs, and medication management.
Programs:
Six-month minimum commitment, auto-billed monthly. No insurance reimbursement for membership fees; superbills provided for billable visits only. Prepaid memberships are non-refundable once services begin. All programs require an initial evaluation and labs review before prescribing; no labs, no meds. Controlled substances require periodic urine drug screenings to stay within DEA guidelines.
Choosing out-of-network care allows patients to prioritize time, privacy, and individualized attention while still having the option to use insurance benefits when available. Support is provided for submitting out-of-network claims, and HSA/FSA payments are accepted.
